Here’s a simple observation.There are millions of tutors and professors who conduct intensive Spoken English classes filled with advanced grammar lessons, vocabulary practice and even videos of native English speakers having conversations. There are schools that specifically prepare students for exams like TOEFL.There are English language classes conducted through email and software.
