Class Cancellation Policy – Spoken English Practice
You must cancel a class 24 hours in advance if you wish to do so. E.g. If the class is starting at 9AM EST Monday, you must login to the student portal and cancel before 9AM EST Sunday.
Missed classes without 24 hour notice or late arrivals to class (Our conversation partners will wait for 10 minutes on Zoom if you are late) will result in the loss of a class.
