British English and American English have many differences, whether it is in spelling, grammar or pronunciation. However, the most noticeable difference between British English and American English is vocabulary.
Today we are going to start a new series of posts exploring some words that are extremely important in daily conversations that are different in British English and American English. This is great series to follow if you are an international student just moving to the US or someone who travels to the US often.
Do NOT memorize this list. Instead, read it and forget it. Then once you watch TV or movies, you will absorb this vocabulary in a more natural way. This is the correct method to activate your vocabulary.
